Maybe you hadn't thought about it before, but now that we've spent more time at home and have learned to telework and have videoconference meetings, even to keep in touch with our friends and family online; learning or perfecting your Spanish without leaving home can be a new challenge, very easy to carry out.
To start you will only need a computer and the will to learn and have fun. Are you ready?
From Cervantes Escuela Internacional, we want to give you 5 tips:
1.- Don't be afraid.
No one is born knowing! Learning a new language, like Spanish, is not a short-term plan. You should dedicate hours of work to it, so do not be discouraged or afraid. We recommend you to lose your embarrassment and start practicing from the first class.
2.- Talk to other students.
In our online Spanish courses you have the possibility to receive private or group classes. It's up to you! If you are a sociable person, we recommend you the classes with the rest of our students. It is the best way to make friends who are in the same situation as you. It will be very useful to practice Spanish with them outside of class.
3.- Have a dictionary nearby.
During the classes, our teachers will guide you at all times and help you to solve all the doubts that may arise. But it is never wrong to have a dictionary next to you to lean on.
4.- Set goals.
It is very important to stay motivated to set long-term goals and try to achieve them. If you are a beginning student, we will start from an A1 level and gradually we will climb to higher courses.
5.- Organize a good workspace.
Create a space where you can be comfortable during classes and do your homework, so all concentration will be on the lesson.
